Arrivo는 자체 계정이 없으며, 등록한 장소와 입장/이탈 시간 기록은 사용자 기기 내부에 저장합니다. 선택적 지도·광고·결제 기능의 외부 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 별도로 설명되어 있습니다.

데이터를 삭제하는 방법

앱 내에서: 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제로 저장된 장소·기록과 로컬 베타 지표를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기록/장소를 개별적으로 삭제하거나, 30일·90일·1년 보존 프리셋으로 오래된 기록을 정리할 수도 있습니다. 스토어 구매 기록과 구독은 이 기능의 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.
앱 삭제(제거): 기기에서 앱을 제거하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터와 결제 권한 캐시가 삭제됩니다. App Store·Google Play의 구매·구독 기록은 각 스토어 계정에 남으며 스토어의 구독 설정에서 관리합니다.

보관되는 데이터

운영자의 Android 결제 검증 서버 애플리케이션은 구매 토큰을 요청 처리 중에만 사용하고 원문 토큰을 애플리케이션 로그나 영구 저장소에 기록하지 않습니다. 앱은 구독 복원·재검증에 필요한 구매 토큰과 권한 증거를 기기에 보관할 수 있고, Google Play는 구매 기록을 자체 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 광고 기술 데이터는 Google에서 처리하며, 이용자는 앱의 광고 개인정보 옵션과 기기 광고 설정을 이용할 수 있습니다.

Arrivo — Data Deletion

Arrivo has no first-party user accounts. Saved places and entry/exit time records are stored on your device. Optional map, advertising, and purchase-processing flows are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

How to delete your data

In the app: Settings → Delete all data removes saved places, records, and local beta counters. You can also delete individual records/places or use 30-day / 90-day / 1-year retention presets. Store purchase history and subscriptions are not deleted by this action.
Uninstall: Removing the app deletes local app data and its cached entitlement evidence. App Store or Google Play purchase and subscription records remain in the relevant store account and are managed in the store's subscription settings.

What is retained

The operator's Android verification-server application uses a purchase token only while processing the request and does not write the raw token to application logs or durable storage. The app may keep a token and entitlement evidence on-device for subscription restore and re-verification, while Google Play handles purchase records under its own policies. Advertising technical data is processed by Google; users can use the app's ad privacy options and device ad settings.
